Stephanie and Dimitris had always dreamed of getting married somewhere beautiful and romantic, and when they chose the island of Paros, both families were overjoyed. Their loved ones made the journey from America to be there, and this Paros wedding film captures a day of sea views, warm sun and traditional Greek music.

A Destination Wedding on Paros

Paros has everything couples picture when they think of a Greek island wedding: a serene view of the sea, picturesque villages and soft Mediterranean light. Stephanie and Dimitris exchanged vows under the warm sun with their families around them, a moment made even more meaningful because so many of them had crossed an ocean to be there.

Traditional Greek Music and a Joyful Celebration

The celebration that followed was full of joy and laughter, with traditional Greek music, delicious food and drinks. For American families, a Paros wedding is a chance to share Greek culture in its most natural setting, and the film lets that atmosphere come through.

A Sunset Walk by the Port

A highlight of this film is the quiet stretch after the celebration began. Stephanie and Dimitris went for a romantic stroll around the port, stopping for photos of the sunset, and then continued along the beach, taking in the island they had chosen as the backdrop for their day. Those unhurried moments are often what couples treasure most in their film. Planning was by MBW Events, and my brother George photographed the wedding.
